Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, including boxing, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, japanese ju jutsu, muay Thai, kickboxing, karate, judo and other styles.
Our coaching team is fully trained to offer you the best preparation for those who wish to pursue a career within the sport. However, places in this class are not limited to fighters only. Mixed martial arts is a fantastic form of fitness training, mixed in with self defence.
